Document Warehousing is a scenario wherein WebXpress is the hosting agent for client content but authorization, authentication and access is initiated through the client's own Intranet, Extranet, VPN portal. Permissions governing unique access rights to hosted content can be monitored by the client or WebXpress
The primary focus of Document Warehousing is to maintain all access control at the client site and provide a client brand making the WebXpress hosted content and aceess/presentation mechanics transparent to the user/customer.
The need to maintain separate UserID & Password databases (client based and WebXpress based) is eliminated in that all authorization and authentication is performed through the client's site.
